Not her first rodeo! Heather K. Margolis founded Channel Maven Consulting in March of 2009, sold it to ecosystem and channel incentive management leader 360insights in November of 2021, and is now spinning it back out again in 2024. 360insights remains a close strategic alliance and big supporter of Heather’s move to jump back into the entrepreneurship pool. While at 360insights Heather served as SVP of Marketing, tackling the day-to-day challenges around brand recognition, demand generation, account based marketing, and leveraging best practices to promote the mid-marketing SaaS solution. 
Heather is a recognized channel marketing expert and a sought-after keynote speaker to a variety of audiences about entrepreneurship, building a service-based business and B2B strategy, B2B marketing and channel marketing. A self-proclaimed “recovering channel professional,” Heather is passionate about enabling vendors to drive sales through their channel partners. She spent several years in channel programs and marketing for big-brand tech companies like EMC, EqualLogic, and Dell before forming Channel Maven Consulting 2009 and its sister company Spark Your Channel in 2019. Heather is also proud to serve as Chairperson of Baptie’s Women’s Leadership Council and as an active member of several other non-profits and volunteer organizations. Heather has a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. She grew up in Massachusetts and now lives in Boulder, Colo., where she can usually be found hiking, working out, or hanging with her two daughters and their awesome dog Zoe.
