He has over 25 years of senior executive and corporate law experience, having previously served as General Counsel for a Nasdaq-listed biotech company and co-founder and CEO of one of Colorado's first cannabis biotech companies. He specializes in serving as outside general counsel to his clients in a wide range of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, merger and acquisitions, licensing and commercial agreements, employee compensation plans, and securities law compliance. He has also counseled numerous investors, including angels and venture capital funds in seed round investments, later stage private transactions, and liquidity transactions. As such, Marc brings a unique blend of business acumen and entrepreneurial savvy to the representation of his clients, helping them navigate complex legal and strategic challenges and achieve their growth objectives.
