Extensive experience in banking, finance, education, medical, healthcare, insurance, automotive, payments processing and e-commerce.
Over fourty years consulting experience working with clients world-wide. With a M.A. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, I spent 11 years in IBM developing the OS/2 operating system interface, and co-wrote guidelines for Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and Object-Oriented User Interfaces (OOUIs) across the industry. Author of two well-know books in the UX field.
I also work as an expert witness in software, website, and mobile application litigation.
