Originally from Michigan, I live and work in Boulder, Colorado.
My work with Molto Cuore is at the intersection of food and people. A Chef and Registered Dietitian, I work to improve health outcomes and educate individuals, in a pleasure-focused approach to food.
‘Voices From the Street: Intimate Conversations from Up and Down Pearl’ is a podcast focused primarily on food/beverage/hospitality businesses up and down the fabled Pearl Street Corridor. It continues to evolve in nature and scope as I am introduced to business owners and managers up and down the strip.
