Hey Boulder Startup Week! Here at Sweet Sadie, Inc., we're all about crafting experiences that leave a lasting impression. As the founder and Executive Producer, I've spent the past 15+ years in the media industry leading the charge, from budgeting to flawless execution. We create magic across the board – think immersive events, captivating web content, high-quality broadcasts, and live experiences for major brands. I can mastermind multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets with finesse, and find the perfect talent to keep everyone – clients and agencies alike – happy.
But before I was rocking all things behind the scenes, you might be surprised to learn I had a whole other life on stage! I was an improv powerhouse, performing at legendary clubs like Caroline's Stand Up NY. I even honed my acting skills with the renowned Kelly Kimball and snagged a role in the hilarious movie "Master of Disguise" alongside Dana Carvey. Now, I bring that same creative spark and ability to connect with audiences to every project at Sweet Sadie. Some of our most impressive achievements include the epic Publicis' + Kraft partnership for the 5GRV Gamers on the Road travel/reality show, the heartwarming Hershey's Real Stories campaign, and productions for industry giants like Meta, Shell, BIC, and TEVA Pharma.

Rachel lives in Boulder with her daughter, dogs and husband! She teaches a film making class at New Vista High School and loves movies, laughter, rollerskating, bubble gum and SweetTarts!
