Laura is fueled by tea and curiosity for deeply understanding people to create more meaningful experiences, as a designer and researcher. Her research career has taken her into a variety of fields, from power tools to medical devices to digital services and experiences.
Being raised by an engineer and psychologist gave Laura a love for tinkering, problem solving, and active listening. Now, she uses these skills to facilitate design, research, and storytelling that is more contextual, participatory and, most of all, human.
