I help small to mid-market companies partner more cleanly and more closely with technology teams. Sometimes, that means creating innovative solutions to cut costs without cutting capabilities, finding a way to do something new, or simply get better value out of the assets already on hand. I'm happy to do so in an internally-facing role (fCIO) or in a client-facing setting (fCTO) and just help get things done.
