About me
I’m a Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Executive with 25+ years of experience leading high growth revenue initiatives, developing teams and accelerating go-to-market strategies. My first internet start up was in Boulder in 1998!
My passion is aligning people, process and potential and coaching high performing teams to scale revenue and engineer predictable and durable growth. I’ve had experience as a founder at a VC backed startup, Fortune 500 companies and most recently at PE backed companies with back to back exits. Currently I’m CRO and Executive in Residence at Peaksware Holdings focused on growing their portfolio of global sports and music brands.
I’m an advisor to startups and a mentor at Techstars and CU’s entrepreneurial program. I volunteer in the Boulder community and participate in endurance events having completed the Leadville 100 run, Boulder Ironman and rim to rim to rim run of the Grand Canyon.
