Amy has studied creation, mapping and narrative arcs of experience design with her mentors, Odyssey Works, a theater company that specializes in productions for an audience of one. She worked as an artist fellow for the Odyssey Works Master Class in Portugal in June 2022, and graduated from the yearlong Odyssey Works’ Experience Design Certificate Program in 2022.
She has attended and participated in Immersive Design Week 2020 in San Francisco and has written for No Proscenium, the most well known website for immersive art, theater and experiences in the US.
Her professional immersive work often consists of small-scale, intimate and consent-aware encounters—she prefers working 1-1 or with couples to help guide them through transitions with play, mystery and intention. Public productions have included Revere: Nights, an immersive event that weaved together reclaiming the cultural narratives of the strip club and remembering ancestral practices through embodying and accepting our sexuality. Five sold-out events ran between 2016-2018 in Boulder, Colorado, (re)merging the Dirty and the Divine through facilitation, dance, movement and connection. The final event included an immersive cocktail journey.
Amy has led workshops for
Boulder Startup Week since 2016. She was the organizer for the
