This hybrid workshop and very intentional networking session is for women and moms in business who are tired of awkward small talk and ready to build a real, effective network—one that supports your goals, respects your time, and makes growing your business feel less lonely.

Led by Renegade Motherhood founder, business coach and obsessed community builder Jen Morris, this session will teach the Renegade Networking Roadmap—a simple but powerful framework to help women entrepreneurs clarify their needs, own their voice, and confidently ask for what they want. You’ll learn how to network with intention and bring your full, authentic personality to the table—because your best connections come when you’re showing up as yourself, not some polished version of a "professional."

After a short workshop, we’ll move into intentional small-group matchmaking where you’ll practice making meaningful connections—without the pressure to pitch or pretend.

This is not about collecting business cards or performing in a circle. It’s about showing up strategically, supportively, and unapologetically—and building a network that actually works for you.

Participants will meet at the Ranger Cottage for a two-hour hike in the Flatirons with Mountain Guide and Venture Capitalist, Kyle Lefkoff.  

This session will be limited to ten participants, who will cover complex and challenging terrain. 

Participants must:
1. Live and work in Boulder, Colorado
2. Have at least one child
3. Be a Founder of a new venture or a philanthropy
4. Be between the ages of 28-40 years old

SAGE Boulder is a pro-bono mentoring group that meets regularly in Boulder. We have helped over 200 founders over the past 11 years. In this session, you have a chance to watch a live SAGE session. You might find that SAGE is a great option for your company. An early stage tech founder will present to a group of expert SAGE advisors. But they aren't pitching for money, they are pitching for customized help from SAGE advisors to move the company forward. Here’s how it will go:

This panel followed by networking will feature folks from the AI realm - talking about the hurdles involved and best practices in maintaining company culture as you scale up- should be as interactive
