What if we treated our households as the most important organization in our lives, giving them the same care, attention, and strategic focus as our jobs? What if we treated the complexities around caretaking, parenting, and the mental load of running a household like true design challenges to be solved?

During this interactive session, we will practice the art of caring in a new way, starting with deep empathy and introducing tools based in Design Thinking, UX, and the Fair Play system to help inspire new perspectives around your home life.

Participants will leave with a renewed sense of why it matters that we take our (typically unpaid) care work seriously, and a new motivation to re-design how we care for each other within our own homes.

This session is for anyone. Particularly anyone who lives with, works with, or cares for anyone else, i.e. those in a couple/marriage/partnership, parents, roommates, co-founders, and colleagues.
