Clear communication is a must in business; sometimes that requires a difficult conversation. Many leaders find it difficult to initiate and navigate these discussions effectively, uncertain of the right timing and approach. This often leads to either rushing into them or avoiding them entirely, hindering progress from the current state to the desired outcome. Through an insightful discussion followed by an interactive workshop, we’ll help you see how being “nice” plays into this dynamic and give you practical strategies and tools to confidently handle difficult conversations so they move you towards your goals.
